For those occasions where you want to really impress your guests, showcase the Tomahawk, which consists of a ribeye with an elongated bone (minimum of 5 inches) left on the steak.  This offers a beautiful showpiece with an enhanced flavor.

The "Poor Man's Ribeye", otherwise known as the Chuck Steak is located next to the ribeye on the cow; thereby sharing some of the same characteristics of taste and texture at a lower price.

The Angus ribeyes are available in Frozen or Fresh formats.  Both formats are the same beef, with the Frozen being flash frozen as soon as it is processed and the Fresh never being subjected to the freezing and are brought straight to our store.  Wagyu ribeye is available in Frozen only.
