Collection: Grilling - Fire up the grill

Grilling is one of the most exciting ways to enjoy beef. Whether cooking on a gas or charcoal grill, in the backyard or at a tailgate, this cooking method provides maximum flavor and optimal tenderness.

GRILLING BASICS

Grilling is a popular method for preparing steak, but it’s also the one that tends to worry a lot of beginner cooks. If you follow these steps (and allow yourself a little practice), you’ll find grilling is easy and—most importantly—very satisfying. Check out our grilling guidelines for information on steak grilling time requirements.

As you look at the steak selection below, you will note that we have several choices of steak cuts. We offer Wagyu (100%) and Black Angus steaks in both Frozen and Fresh formats. The frozen steaks are frozen at time of processing to preserve the juices and flavors. Under the Fresh category, the steaks are shipped to us immediately after processing and are NOT frozen. You may also see a variety of cuts that are dry aged for 35 days making them very tender - these are noted as 35 days dry aged. (Our normal dry aging period is two weeks.)
